I've practiced Arnold Ehret's Mucusless Diet Healing System for 10+ years and have lost 110 lbs and healed multiple ailments, such as sleep apnea, daily migraine headaches, allergies, regular bouts of bronchitis, etc. And I have had the privilege of helping others reach their health goals through a mucus-free lifestyle.
This is a remarkable book, yet I would suggest that it is important to first read Ehret's Mucusless Diet Healing System: Scientific Method of Eating Your Way to Health and Rational Fasting. These two books will give you the foundation you need to take full advantage of The Cause and Cure of Human Illness. It focuses a bit more on scientific analysis and also has a great section of very useful pictures, particularly those of Ehret's transformation from a sick to a healthy man. Timeless Truth

Although this book was written almost 100 years ago, the principles are timeless. What Ehret reveals is so simple and straightforward that it's easy to understand why illness occurs and more importantly, how to avoid it. This book is a good complement to Ehret's Mucusless Diet Healing System where he explains the basis for optimal health through the mucusless diet. I'd recommend both of these books if you're serious about your health!

Anyone serious about health should read all of his books. I have been very surprised at how much mucus my body has been holding over the years and the length of time it is taking to eliminate it.
