Have perserverance

I like how this book was laid out. It has a personal touch from the author as the advice and strategies were based on his personal experience. When your business requires sales, this requires marketing your product. Of course this needs skills and confidence to interact with prospect customers. But not everyone has the ability to never give up, so one should have the perseverance in making sales. It provides tips on how to establish rapport. Gestures and the tone of your voice plays an important part also. A very good guide since it provides a sample conversation in making sales.
